the evening entertainment was not consistently excellent. i found some shows were less engaging. it would have been good to see more varied performances.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The location was great with easy access to the surrounding areas. I found the air conditioning in the room very effective and quiet. The pool area was lovely, and I always found sunbeds available (even later in the day).
The TV in the room was small and had very limited English channels.

The food selection at both breakfast and dinner was extensive and tasty. There was a great variety of options and the quality was consistently high. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the themed dinner nights.

The staff were friendly and helpful and always greeted guests with a smile. They went out of their way to assist with any requests (I asked for extra pillows and they were delivered promptly). The reception staff were efficient during check-in and check-out.

The hotel featured multiple pools including a heated indoor pool. There was a dedicated kids' club with scheduled activities. The on-site spa offered a variety of treatments (I booked a massage and found it very relaxing).

i felt welcomed by the friendly reception staff. the apartment provided plenty of space and included its own kitchenette, a real convenience. the chefs often was during meals to see if we were enjoying the variety of food presented so beautifully. i thought the pools were great with lifeguards always attentive and helpful.
